Brazzo Boys

Brazzo Boys is a Brazilian Churrasco BBQ food truck travelling all the way from Noosa to be a part of the Flavours of the World section of the festival. It’s an authentic Brazilian way of cooking barbecue using a rotisserie with big spits smoking a variety of meats to perfection including rump steak (Picanha), marinated chicken thigh, pork chorizo and haloumi cheese cooked in a flame of charcoal and wood, and served with a Brazilian salad, in a crusty bread roll or on loaded fries.
