Rockhampton River Festival is a three-day celebration of arts, music, culture and food. We are calling for expressions of interest to operate and manage alcoholic pop-up bars in two festival precincts.

Tunuba Stage
Position your business at the heart of the vibrant 'Flavours of the World' zone and in the spotlight of the main stage at Tunuba Stage. Immerse yourself in a dynamic atmosphere filled with international cuisine and captivating music, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all.
Ideal bar operators at Tunuba Stage will sell popular pre-mixed alcoholic beverages, beers and wine. This licenced area has one bar operator only.
Shipyard Stage
Are you ready to elevate the River Festival atmosphere? We are searching for unique businesses that can provide an exclusive bar experience. Whether you're a mixologist or a craft beer connoisseur we are looking for variety and competitive drink menus.
Businesses that can demonstrate the following will be highly regarded:
- Offering signature River Festival themed drinks
- Offering brands or products not previously available at River Festival
- Offering taste testing or food pairing options
- Are an independent operator or distillery
BAR Trading Times
- Friday 26th July: 5pm – 10:30pm
- Saturday 27th July: 10am – 10pm
- Sunday 28th July: 10am – 7pm
*Times pending final program and bar offering.
