Rockhampton Symphony Orchestra Inc. presents... RSO Jazz in Concert.

The Rockhampton Symphony Jazz Orchestra comes under the umbrella of the Rockhampton Symphony Orchestra. The band is composed of 6 saxophones, 4 trumpets, 4 Trombones and 4 rhythms and 2 vocalist.

The band was formed and organised in 2020 and has performed at the Pilbeam Theatre, community events, and as a guest artist with the Rockhampton Youth Orchestra. Members are from all walks of life including local jazz enthusiasts, musicians, retirees, hobbyists, music teacher and students from Yeppoon and Rockhampton.

"RSO Jazz in Concert" will feature a dynamic program of popular jazz classics of Swing, Latin, Ballad as well as music from Walt Disney movies, Michael Buble and many more.

Doors will open for seating at 10:45 am.
